Blueberries and Sweet Yogurt Parfait


  You deserve a creamy, low calorie delicious treat!!!


Combine 1 cup Greek yogurt
Stir in 2 Tbsp Maple syrup and
Add 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) and your favorite fruit 

To make the parfait, layer yogurt and blueberries.  Add a few sliced almonds on top for a bit of crunch and protein.    If you are counting weight watcher points it comes to about 2.25 points.

Yum!!
